In internet option go to [content]-[personal information]-[auto complete] and     [use autocomplete for] Uncheck user names and passwords on forms Click[clear form]and [clear password] and then [confirm]. Close all internet explorer and run it again  2. Cookie setting Select tool->internet option in internet explorer. In internet option go to [General]-[Temporary internet files]-[delete cookies]and [confirm]. In [Internet option] and click [General]-[ Temporary internet files]-[setting]. Check for newer versions of stored pages to choose [every visit to the page].     Change amount of temporary internet file to 1 MB Restart Internet explorer
